Factory built components, sheltered from bad weather all year round with cutting edge equipment. Fermco manufactures your components with the quality material like oven dryed wood to avoid shrinkage or warping. Our devoted experienced team works with determination to make your home a valued investment.

Batiflex concept

Included in the Batiflex concept are components and materials for a prefabricated house. You take charge of the shell construction which you install or by a contractor of your choice.

The Batiflex concept includes (on top of the included components and materials):

• Free estimate
• Plan specifications of your house
• Detailed installation plans of the floors, walls and roof trusses with a video guide of all installation steps (approx. 30 minutes CD)
• All prefabricated components of your house (ready for interior finishing and exterior siding)
• Guaranteed costs, no extras

• Saving time and money
• NOVOCLIMAT performance certificate (available in Quebec only, 1500$ subsidy for electricity or natural gas by the "Agence d'Efficacité Énergétique")

Shell concept

Included in the Shell concept are components and materials for a prefabricated house erected by Fermco's team of framers.

The Shell concept includes (on top of the included components and materials):

• All the specifications described in the Batiflex concept
• PLUS installation of all components and materials by Fermco's team
• PLUS Fermco's satisfaction 10 years "Maison Neuve Qualité Habitation" guarantee on the components
• PLUS A.C.Q. new house guarantee plan

Over 550 available designs to choose from, or bring any drawing and we'll build it for you. In support to the Contractor or Self Builder, we offer technical assistance, color coded assembly drawings as well as an installation video.Our construction gives the building an outstanding energy saving (25% energy saving with NOVOCLIMAT).
