We build everithing under the same roof: structure, post, columns, beams, floor trusses and girders, panelized walls, interior partitions and roof trusses. No building component is beyond our expertise. We guarantee of the entire building structure, and do so with an international expertise supported by a team of more than 150 specialists in engineering, architecture, design, manufacturing and assembly.

The multi-disciplinary team of construction specialists at Fermco has developped three (3) concepts for custom made houses:

• Batiflex (for tue auto builder) - All manufactured components and basic building materials required for the construction of your home. Not assembled.
• Shell - All manufactured components and basic building materials required for the construction of your home. Assembled by FERMCO with ten years guarantee on all components.
• Individual components - Manufactured components using dry wood sold individually.

Fast and easy construction!

Our panelized building concepts allow fast assembly, therefore reducing labor costs. Only days are needed to erect the structural components. For the Canadian market, FERMCO can assemble the shell for you or you can build it yourself with the Batiflex concept. The choice to hire the contractors for plumbing, electricity, etc. remains yours.

Compare our prefabricated panelized walls system with ready installed perimeter strip to the traditionnal "on site construction" and you'll choose our system!

To assist and guide our clients and auto builder, we offer a technical support, color plastified assembly plans and a house shell installation video presentation. FERMCO can manage any house or cottage building project, whatever the plan type, for modular homes, prefabricated and kit houses. Our concepts are energy efficient beyond expectation (a minimum of 25% savings on heating and a NOVOCLIMAT performance certificate of attestation).
